What is a Monthly Backstage Pass?
Access Rock & Roll Car Wash daily for one low monthly price. After we apply A RFID tag to your windshield, you pull up to the pay station and your tag is scanned. The gate opens and you proceed to the tunnel. It's that easy!
How often can I use my Monthly Backstage Pass?
You can use your Backstage Pass once per day.
How do I sign up for a membership?
It is quick and easy! You can purchase your Backstage Pass at the pay station, on our website, web-app, or from one of our attendants.
How will I be billed for the Backstage Pass?
We bill your debit or credit card each month through our secure credit card processing system. Your monthly payment due date is the day you initially sign up for your Backstage Pass.
Can I update my credit/debit card?
Yes, you can make this change on your car wash account after registering.
Can I change my Backstage plan type online?
No. You will have to come into the office to change the plan type. However, you can select add-on services at the pay station at the time of the wash.
Can I use my Backstage Pass with more than one vehicle?
No. The program is vehicle specific and is limited to the vehicle corresponding with the license plate on the account.
Is the individual Backstage Pass available for UBER, TAXI, LYFT, or other app-based transportation services?
No. However, Rock & Roll Car Wash does offer a Corporate Backstage Pass for these types of vehicles and corporations. See our website or an attendant for more information.
Can I transfer my BACKSTAGE PASS to a different vehicle?
Yes. Please see an attendant to change your vehicle information as well as receive a replacement tag.
What happens if I have a windshield replacement?
See an attendant for a replacement RFID tag. RFID tags removed or tampered with will be deactivated.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. No Hassle, No Fuss! The Backstage Pass can be cancelled by an attendant. Your Backstage Pass will continue to be Active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. We cannot issue prorated refunds. Please notify Rock & Roll Car Wash 7 days in advance of your billing date to request a cancellation.
Can I reactivate my plan, if I change my mind after cancellation?
Yes, stop by and see an attendant for assistance with reactivation.
